With over 200 staff operating a 3 shift system, our card plant last year produced and shipped 86 million cards to 60 countries around the world. 

We specialise in 760um, 500um and 300um thickness plastic cards on PVC, PET and ABS substrate. Our production set up is driven by high speed UV offset and 

automatic silkscreen machines that give us the capacity to print 1 million cards per day which feed our collation, lamination, die cut and finishing 

departments.
